Cardamom

Magical Use: Love, lust, aphrodisiac, intuition, psychic ability, divination, harmony.

Medicinal Use: Digestion problems including heartburn, intestinal spasms, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), intestinal gas, constipation, liver and gallbladder complaints, and loss of appetite. It is also used for common cold, cough, bronchitis, sore mouth and throat, and tendency toward infection. Some people use cardamom as a stimulant and for urinary problems.

Precautions: blood thinners and drugs that affect the liver. So it's important to consult a doctor before consuming it. It is generally not recommended for pregnant women to consume Cardamom, as it can stimulate the uterus and cause uterine contractions
