I decided to try to drink some tea as I apparently caught something over the weekend. It's not often that I'm around 18 people at once and apparently I got a bug. :( These tea is good for the immune system and has antioxidants, so I figured it would be more beneficial than mint tea. I am fortunate to have a nearby vendor that makes her own products from Elderberries she grows. I had bought some of the juice a couple of weeks ago, which I've been sipping on as well. I used the Elderberry juice as a sweetener and to boost the power of the tea. It is wonderful!
